Another year goes flying by…. Christmas is once again here! I am excited to have the opportunity to create and assemble rabbitbreeders.us. I have been planning this site for quite some time now and have been perfecting the project inside my mind for the last month. Well today I finally got around to setting up the basic framework for a large portion of this website. Ok I admit I was avidly trying to reach a deadline that I had set up for myself for this project. Although unwritten until now the deadline was January 1st 2011 or earlier. Well anyway if you are reading this blog entry I wish you and your rabbits a Very Merry Christmas and of course a Happy New Year!
As we take time to gather together in Christmas celebrations tomorrow, please remember to take some time to remember the true meaning of Christmas;
Which is celebrating the humble earthly birth of God’s one and only son Jesus Christ our Lord and savior.
I believe our society as a whole tends to ignore the true meaning of Christmas. I know many people who truly are convinced that Christmas is all about receiving gifts and celebrating century old traditions. That part of Christmas is definitely exciting however it is not the true meaning of Christmas.
Not only did God send his one and only son down to be born amongst the lowest of men. Jesus Christ lived a sinless life and took the penalty of all mankind’s sins upon his shoulders and was crucified on the cross and arose 3 days later.
John 3:16; For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
So once again I wish you a Merry Christmas. Hope you have a wonderful holiday spending time with your loved ones. I took a few pictures of my rabbits with Santa Hats on, however I have not uploaded them to my computer yet. Maybe I will post them on this blog some time after Christmas. Be sure if you get a chance to take some Christmas pictures of your beloved rabbits too. That reminds me, sometime soon once I get this blog up and running I hope to host a rabbit photography contest, Take Some Pictures 🙂
CHEERS, HAPPY RABBIT RAISING :))
